Whole Grain Oats, Fruit 19% (Sultanas [Sultanas, Vegetable Oil], Raisins [Raisins, Vegetable Oil], Currants), Nuts 12% (Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pecans), Seeds 9% (Sunflower, Sesame), Honey, Cinnamon.
Usage Instructions
Delight in every spoonful Bircher Muesli blend. Mix together 500g Muesli, 1kg tub natural yoghurt, a grated apple & some honey to taste. Seal it in the fridge, soak it overnight & spoon your way through deliciousness in the morning.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
